1. This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by a learned Single Bench by which certain directions were issued and permission to conduct Chhat Puja was allowed.

2. Admittedly, the Puja has already been conducted.

3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondents that suits are pending before the civil court.

4. Considering the fact that the Puja is already over, we dispose of this appeal leaving open all

issues to be adjudicated before the competent civil court.

5. The appeal, along with the application, stands disposed of.
