1. Learned counsel for the State has filed reports of Mr. Subrata Mallick, SI Charumarket P.S. (Tiljala Police Station). The reports are taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that Tiljala Police Station Case No. 93 dated 19.03.2018 under Section 341/323/354/506/114 of Indian Penal Code and Tiljala Police Station Case No. 92 dated 19th March, 2018 under Section 341/323 / 354/506/114 of Indian Penal Code are the counter cases.

3. Learned counsel for the State has filed the statement of the complainant Dilshad Begum and Mosarrat Parween in both the cases where they have stated that they do not want to proceed with the cases. Dilshad Begum and Mosarrat Parween are present in the Court today and have stated that they have entered into the settlement voluntarily without any fear and force and do not want to proceed with the cases. Petitioners are also present who are accused in the respective cases. Both the parties state that they do not want to proceed with the cases without any fear and force. During the course of the submissions it has been stated that it is a landlord and tenant dispute which is amicably settled.

4. In the facts and circumstances of this case these petitions are allowed and all the proceeding arising out of Tiljala Police Station Case No. 93

dated 19.03.2018 under Section 341/323/354/506/114 of Indian Penal Code and Tiljala Police Station Case No. 92 dated 19th March, 2018 under Section 341/323 / 354/506/114 of Indian Penal Code are quashed.

5. The parties directed to hold by their settlement.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
