The present revisional has been preferred challenging the continuance of Serampore P. S Case no. 370 of 2023 dated 18-082023 under Sections 498A/406 IPC. The petitioners refer to certain WhatsApp chat and submits that the allegation in the letter of complaint which has been treated to be the FIR is diluted by such Whatsapp chat. I have considered the contentions and the stage of the case as the investigation is in progress.

Having considered the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the nature of prayers advanced in the revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4408 of 2023 is dismissed.
