Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The police case is dated March 19, 2012 with the charge sheet being submitted in 2012 itself.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in such police case, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5659 of 2022 is dismissed.
