1. The revisional application is disposed of by making the interim arrangement in the order dated November 28, 2025 absolute, till the application for custody is disposed of.

2. The learned Addl. District Judge, 15th Court at Alipore is directed to dispose of the Act VIII Case no.116 of 2019 expeditiously, along with an interlocutory application which is pending before the learned trial judge in connection with the said proceeding. On every 2nd and 4th Sunday, the mother will drop the child at the South City Mall's play area and the father will pick up the child and spend approximately three hours between 7 p.m. to 10 p.m within the mall complex.

3. The learned advocates on record are at liberty to accompany their respective clients. The father shall entertain the child through games, dinner etc.

4. Parties shall not be accompanied by anybody else apart from their learned advocates on record.

5. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
