By the order impugned the learned Judge, sought to execute a warrant of arrest by issuance of an order of attachment. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court within three weeks from date.

In that view of the matter there shall be stay of operation of the order dated 25.9.2023 for a period of three weeks from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Judge in the Court below within three weeks from date, the attachment order dated 25.9.2023 shall be set aside and the learned Judge shall consider the bail prayer in accordance with law. If the petitioner does not surrender before the learned Judge within the time period as stipulated above, the impugned order dated 25.9.2023 shall revive after three weeks. The revisional application CRR 4409 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.
