Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 2 months and 13 days and she may be granted bail on any condition the Court deems fit and proper in view of the fact that there has been recovery of 228 bottles of Phensedyl.

Learned advocate for the State is present virtually. Case diary has not been produced before this Court. However, it has been informed by the learned advocate appearing for the State that the investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered that the investigation of the case is in progress, at this stage I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1496 of 2025 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
