Mr. Dipankar Saha Mr. Anirban Das Mr. S.K. Das ...For the Petitioners This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the Title Appeal No. 07 of 2023, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Bolpur.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter is pending since long, a direction may be given upon the learned Court below for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is innocuous and if any order is passed in terms of the said prayer, neither party will have any cause to prejudice, the notice upon the opposite party are dispensed with. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and that the prayer made by the petitioner is justified, C.O. 3886 of 2024 is hereby disposed with a direction upon the Court below to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the Title Appeal No. 07 of 2023 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Bolpur and to make his best effort to conclude the entire proceeding

preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner, on priority basis on compliance of all requisite formalities.
