The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Mayureswar Police Station in respect of a complaint dated September 4, 2022.

He complains that the private respondent is obstructing him while he is constructing a boundary wall after he purchased the said premises.

This Court is of the view that the civil rights in respect of the property of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated by the police or the writ Court. 3.

The petitioner may approach an appropriate Civil Court to assert his rights in respect of his property.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
