The dispute is as to appointment of Head Teacher in a primary school.

The petitioner submits that on the basis of seniority that has been done which is illegal and irregular and therefore, he made one representation to the Chairman of Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council which is at page 47 (Annexure P-6). This has not been considered by the concerned authority. Therefore, he prays for consideration of this representation.

I direct the said Chairman of Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council to consider the representation and to send one reasoned and speaking order to the petitioner by four weeks from date.

With the above observations and directions, the writ application is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be given to learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
