1. Status report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. We find from the report that two prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The prosecution intends to examine six more witnesses.

3. Much over commercial quantity of phensedyl syrup containing codeine phosphate was recovered from this petitioner.

4. In view of the restriction in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to entertain his prayer for bail, at this stage.

5. It cannot also be said that there is no progress in the trial at all.
