1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record including the evidence of the witnesses. One of the witnesses has implicated the petitioners in the crime. Petitioners have criminal antecedents and it is not safe to release them on bail at this stage. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from the

next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. .
