Mr. Bose, learned Junior Standing Counsel, raises an objection as to the maintainability of the writ petition at the instance of the writ petitioner.

Faced with such situation, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file public interest litigation on the self-same cause of action.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, WPA 26635 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for by the learned Advocate for the petitioner.
