Present petition has been filed for quashing of complaint case no. 81 of 2024 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Raghunathpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had moved an application for discharge and that application is still pending consideration before learned Judicial Magistrate. Learned counsel submits that appropriate directions may be issued for the disposal of his application dated 26th March, 2025 expeditiously. Let the learned Judicial Magistrate decide the application dated 26th March, 2025 in accordance with the law. 3.

It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and the learned Judicial Magistrate shall deal with the application of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, CRR 5024 of 2025 stands disposed of.
