It appears that in the order dated December 12, 2024, the name of the learned Advocate for the State has been erroneously recorded as Mr. 'Yousuf' Alam instead of Mr.

'Gausul' Alam.

The Department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order in the manner and to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, upon production of the same.

The petitioners are confirmed Assistant Teachers of two primary schools under DPSC, 24Parganas (South), the respondent no. 5 herein, they are praying intra-district mutual transfer. The representation of the petitioners to the said effect is pending consideration before the

Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no.6 herein, the said representation dated October 10, 2024 forms part of the writ petition being Annexure-'P/4'.

The respondent no. 6 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, it is found that the learning process of the students of the respective schools of the petitioners would not be affected if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed, then the respondent no.6 shall take forward steps for mutual transfer of the petitioners expeditiously.

WPA 26940 of 2024 is disposed with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance of all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
