It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that the Chairman of the Naihati Municipality passed an order in compliance of the direction passed by this Court.

The reasoned order is under challenge in a separate writ petition.

From the aforesaid submission it appears that the order passed by the Court has been complied with. There is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
