1. The petitioner is aggrieved that a complaint addressed to the Dhapdhapi Police Station and the S.

P., Baruipur Police District dated 14.11.2022 has not been acted upon. No FIR has been registered.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was compelled under the gunpoint, placed on his grandchild head to execute a deed of conveyance.

3. The petitioner may take steps under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
