And In Re : Gouranga Sil @ Gour Roy ..... petitioner Mr. Arka Chakraborty ... for the petitioner Mr. S. S. Imam Mr. Arabinda Manna ... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is an Indian citizen.

Report submitted show that the documents relied on by the petitioner is of one Gour Roy. Vakalatnama is executed by the petitioner as Gouranga Sil. Materials collected in the course of investigation also shows that his name is Gouranga Sil. In view of the aforesaid materials and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
