1. This matter has come up at the instance of the Advocate for the State citing that the name of 'Mr. Bipin Ghosh, Advocate' does not appear in the order dated 26.09.2024 though he appeared in the matter along with Mr. Jahar Dutta, learned Advocate, for the State but the name of 'Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, Advocate' appeared instead.

2. It appears from the record that the name of 'Mr. Sandip Chakrabroty, Advocate' is recorded in earlier orders along with Mr. Jahar Dutta, Advocate, who appeared for the State.

3. However, without delving deep into the matter, we direct the office to incorporate the name of Mr. Bipin Ghosh, Advocate in place of Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, Advocate, in the order dated 26.09.2024, as claimed by the learned Advocate for the State.

4. Other portions of the order shall remain same.

5. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 26.09.2024.
