The petitioner is aggrieved that the Kanksa Police Station has not taken any steps in respect of a complaint dated 26th September, 2022 against the private respondents.

The private respondents are forcibly trying to cultivate fish in the petitioner's pond. The private respondents were permitted to cultivate fish in the pond by the erstwhile owner. The petitioner does not want the private respondents there any further. 4.

In view of the above, this Court directs Kanksa Police Station to register FIR in respect of petitioner's complaint dated 26th September, 2022 and commence investigation in accordance with law.

WPA 26626 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.
