Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner alleges that the complaint lodged by her has not been acted upon by the police authority. It appears from the report FIR has been registered pursuant to the complaint lodged and investigation is in progress.

The investigating officer is directed to conduct the investigation in a fair, unbiased and impartial manner and take the same to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall cooperate in investigation. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
