Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal in S.T. 17 of 2025 arising out of Howrah Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.32 of 2021 dated 27th December, 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.7287 of 2021 under Sections 509/354D/120B/376 of the IPC and Sections 67/67A of the I.T. Act pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Howrah.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate direction may be issued for expeditious trial. 3.

The court considers that no prejudice shall be caused if an appropriate direction is issued for expeditious disposal. 4.

In the circumstances, CRR 5026 of 2025 is disposed of with a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Howrah for expeditious trial in S.T. 17 of 2025 arising out of Howrah Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.32 of 2021 dated 27th December, 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.7287 of 2021 under Sections 509/354D/120B/376 of the IPC and Sections 67/67A

of the I.T. Act expeditiously in accordance with the law without granting any unnecessary adjournments.
