Learned advocate for the petitioners is aggrieved that in spite of the executive magistrate's order passed in MP Case No. 2680 of 2024, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the said case being MP Case No. 2680 of 2024 has been dropped.

In view of the nature of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, petitioners are granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil Court for redressing their grievance.

With the above observations, WPA 26948 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
