Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Offence involves gang rape of a minor. Vulnerable witness has not yet been examined. In view of gravity of the offence and primary role played by the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
