1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of ACGR Case No. 1051 of 2019 arising out of Behala Women Police Station Case No. 03 of 2019 dated March 14, 2019 pending before the Court of learned 5th Judicial Magistrate, at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioner that the case pertains to an F.I.R. dated March 14, 2019. Charge sheet was submitted upon conclusion of investigation in the year 2019. Charges stood framed in the year 2022. Since then the case has been fixed for evidence. No witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

3. In these facts and circumstances it would be appropriate to request learned 5th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore South 24 Parganas to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. With the above observation this revisional application being CRR 5027 of 2025 stands disposed of.
