1. The application for bail of the petitioner was rejected as recently as on April, 2023. It does not transpire, upon hearing learned counsel, that anything substantial has taken place in-between to alleviate the circumstance of such rejection.

2. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1772 of 2023 is dismissed.

3. It is expected that the trial shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
