Ms. Puja Goswami ...for the petitioner Ms. Ankita Paul ...for the State Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 14.11.2024 in CRM (A) 3918 of 2024, inter alia, on the condition to meet the Officer in Charge of the concerned police station once a week until further orders. On 10.02.2025, the condition was relaxed and the petitioner was asked to meet the Officer in Charge once a month until further orders. He has been complying with the orders. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition to meet the Officer in Charge except for one occasion when he was medically unfit.

It appears that the petitioner has been complying with the condition passed by this order to meet the Officer in Charge of the concerned police station quite regularly.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the condition to meet the Officer in Charge of the concerned Police Station is waived. CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
