The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Shyampukur Police Station against the private respondents.

There are two civil suits being Title Suit No.472 of 2022 and Title Suit No.464 of 2022 between the parties on tenancy issues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of injunction against the private respondents is being violated by them. The private respondents denied the allegations made in the writ petition against them.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner may seek enforcement of the order of injunction from the civil Court itself.

Shyampukur Police Station shall strictly enforce interim order passed by the civil Court and ensure that there is no breach of peace.

6.

WPA 26631 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
