1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the records.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is directed nonconsideration of the representation dated 20th August, 2025. The petitioner seeks disconnection of unauthorized electric connections/meters at the premises belonging to the subject Waqf Estate.

3. On behalf of the CESC Limited, it is submitted that they have no objection in considering and disposing of the representation dated 20th August, 2025.

4. In view of the above, WPA 26677 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the CESC Limited to consider and dispose of the representation positively within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the Appropriate Authority in accordance with law.
