This matter has been mentioned at the instance of the petitioner to seek for correction in the order dated 16th June 2026.

According to the petitioner though the order was dated 16th June 2026, the same has been erroneously recorded as "16.05.2026".

Having regard thereto and noting that the above appears to be a typographical error, the department is directed to incorporate the aforesaid necessary correction in the order dated 16th June 2026.
