Police filed charge sheet, inter alia, involving provisions of the Arms Act.

The injured suffered a gunshot injury.

Injured in his statement implicates the petitioners before us as the persons who were involved in causing the gunshot injury.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5007 of 2023 is dismissed.
