Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner Nos.5 viz., Jayanta Garh @ Jayanta Gar and 7) Saheb Gar are named in the injury report as the assailants causing grievous injury.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Keeping in mind the extent of complicity of petitioner Nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 in the crime and as they have not been named in the injury report as assailants, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner Nos.1) Krishnabroto Das @ Krishnapada Das, 2) Satyabrata Das, 3) Tutul Belel, 4) Subrata Ray @ Subrata Roy, 6) Shrikanta Gar @ Srikanta Gar and 8) Dibakar Gar Signed By : ALOK SETH High Court of Calcutta 18 th of November 2024 05:39:05 PM

be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
