Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim lady. She has alleged petitioner No.3 viz., Saidur Rahaman @ Saidul Ali had administered poison. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Allegations against other petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are general and omnibus.

Hence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 6.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner Nos.1) Mohammad Mahsin @ Mohammad Mahsin Ali and 2) Mamena Khatun be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
