The order dated August 21, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Raghunathpur, Purulia in Misc. Case No.01 of 2025 is under challenge before this Court.

The said order was passed in the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the wife in connection with Matrimonial Suit No.148 of 2024. By the order impugned, the husband was directed to pay maintenance pendente lite of Rs.15,000/- per month and litigation cost of Rs.5,000/- in two equal monthly instalments. The husband was directed to pay maintenance to the wife within 10th day of each and every succeeding calendar month through money order or by online transaction.

It is submitted on behalf of the husband/petitioner that the husband is willing to pay, but steps should be taken by the Court to ensure reconciliation.

Such prayer cannot be allowed by this Court and, as such, the revisional application is dismissed.

As no argument has been advanced on the merits of the order impugned, thus, this Court has not made any observations on the correctness of the order passed by the learned Trial Court. This order will not prevent the wife from challenging the same.

There shall be no order as to costs.
