The application being IA NO: CAN 1/2018( Old No: CAN 355/2018) is for recall of the order dated 11th December, 2017 passed by a coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition.

Today the learned advocate representing the applicant submits on instruction that the applicant is not interested to proceed with the application. In support of such submission made on behalf of the applicant the written instruction which the learned advocate has received dated 2nd March, 2024 is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

In view of aforesaid submission the application being IA NO: CAN 1/2018 (Old No: CAN 355/2018) stands dismissed on the ground of nonprosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
