The Regional Provident Fund Authority is represented and submits that the entire dues of the petitioner have been released and nothing survives in this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, WPA No. 27883 of 2017 stands disposed of.

Accordingly, the connected application being CAN No. 1 of 2017 (Old No. CAN/12110/2017) is also disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
