cp/ b.das 09.11.2023 Ct. No.08 This is an application for renewal of the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 310 days and the investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

The learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the allegations are grave. We find that previously a Coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated July 3, 2023 was, inter alia, pleased to reject the application for grant of bail by observing as follows:- "We have considered the materials on record.

Allegations against the petitioner and co-accused are grave. Petitioner had absconded and could not be put up for identification during investigation. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage."

Having regard to the aforesaid and considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail in favour of the petitioner.
