1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Offence involves dacoity with murder. Stolen articles of the deceased were recovered from the petitioner. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
