Learned Advocate for the State submits warrant proclamation and attachment have been issued against the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Case was registered in May, 2024. Processes were issued without following due procedure. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Injury report does not show grievous injury. 4.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Pintu Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
