Petitioners submit there is a property dispute and they have been falsely implicated. Accordingly, they pray for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State submits petitioners had sold the property to the de-facto complainant earlier.

Subsequently they re-sold the property to another person. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegations involve dispute over title of an immoveable property. It is open to the de-facto complainant to seek cancellation of the subsequent sale. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners for progress of investigation is not necessary.

Hence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the Signed By : ALOK SETH High Court of Calcutta 18 th of November 2024 05:21:17 PM

conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
