Mukherjee ..for DPSC, Purba Medinipur The petitioners participated in 2012 recruitment process conducted by the District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur. The petitioners (35 in number) have come before this court armed with one statement made by one of the recruitment board members very recently as to some corruption in the recruitment process I wonder what the petitioners were doing for the last ten years. Moreover the petitioners have got their cause of action not from any injustice caused to them but from a statement of the said member of recruitment committee. The statement is not verified. The petition is excessively delayed and I do not find any cause of action. I decline to exercise extraordinary writ jurisdiction in this matter.

The writ application is dismissed.

No costs.
