Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the offensive photographs emanated from the mobile phone standing in the name of the petitioner.

The materials in the case diary suggest need for immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. The pictures are offensive and obscene.

In such circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5666 of 2022 is dismissed.
