It is submitted on behalf of the respondentWBSEDCL that they are ready and willing to supply such electricity connection subject to compliance with all necessary formalities including construction of a meter room.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has complied with all necessary formalities.

In view of the above, WPA 26671 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondentWBSEDCL to grant a fresh electricity connection to the petitioner subject to compliance with all necessary formalities and after payment of all statutory fees. Let this exercise be completed

within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
