We have considered the materials on record.

The petitioner had shot the victim, as a result he died. In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the offence and more so there is no change in circumstances after the prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on August 10, 2023, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 4238 of 2023 is rejected. (RAJA BASU CHOWDHURY, J.) (BISWAJIT BASU, J.)
