Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 84 days and he has been arrested by the police authorities after he was called to identify the dead body.

Learned advocate for the State submits that there are overwhelming materials against the present petitioner and the investigation of the case is still in progress. Having considered the fact that the investigation of the case is still in progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2443 of 2025 is dismissed.
