1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner is a relative of the deceased. He had hired mercenaries to murder the victim.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had motive to commit the crime. He entered into conspiracy with co-accused to do away with the deceased. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
