This is an application for renewal of prayer for bail. Heard the learned advocates for the parties and considered the materials on record.

The previous application for bail was rejected by an order dated 5th of July, 2023 with a direction to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording of evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The aforesaid period as directed by the order dated 5th of July, 2023 has still not expired.

We do not find any reason to allow the application for bail at this stage.

The application for bail is accordingly rejected.
