The I.C., Canning Police Station, Baruipur Police District has filed a report indicating that investigation into Canning Police Station Case No.587/22 dated 18th November, 2022 has been completed and charge sheet being Canning Police Station Charge Sheet No.548/22 dated 30th November, 2022 has been filed. The report is taken on record.

In so far as the petitioner's security is concerned, Dharmatala Camp Office of the Canning Police Station has visited the petitioner a number of times. Due assurance has been given to the petitioner for security by the Canning Police.

In the event of any further complaint or request from the petitioner for security, the Canning Police shall extend the same to the petitioner in accordance with law and without any costs.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
