There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner but the learned counsel for the opposite party is present.

The present revisonal application has been preferred praying for quashing of CS Case No. 57894 of 2022 , pending before the learned 16th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kolkata, arising out of CS Case No. 57894 of 2022 , under Section 25(1) of the Payment and Settlement System Act, 2007 and R/w Chapter XVII of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Considering that the petitioner has not been represented since the date of listing , the present revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issues raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The criminal revision being CRR 4404 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application stands disposed of.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court at once.
