In view of the report so submitted by the State, the purpose for which the present writ petition has been filed seems to be sub-served.

However, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that his daughter has again gone missing on and from 30th November, 2024 which has been reported already to the Police Station.

The same is a fresh cause of action. Police authorities will take steps in accordance with law so far as the complaint dated 30th November, 2024 is concerned. If the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner will approach subsequently before this Court if the minor girl is not traceable.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26960 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
